Hotel is incorporated in an Irish run pub. As we all know, the Irish are renowned for their hospitality. Hotel was conveniently located and easy to find and staff were friendly and helpful. Very busy pub and great if you like the craic. We stayed on a saturday night and there was a race night event on and a disco later which went on until the early hours. Great if you are a social person like us but not recommended at the weekend if you like a good nights sleep.
From our point of view no complaints. Excellent value for money.

The hotel had a good location just off the town centre for shops, restaurants, and a local store. It was convenient to reach Luton War Memorial, only a 10-minute drive away.

Bed was comfortable and bed linen exceptionally clean. Good choice breakfast.
Our room was small - double bed against the wall, which meant I had to climb over husband to get out - but we did not ask to be moved. There were late night drinkers who were very noisy, although we were able to get to sleep.

Unfortunately an Irish party of approx 30 people stayed in the hotel on Saturday night, fighting in the grounds after midnight, at 3.30 a.m. I went down to the bar and asked them to sort it out the lady in charge was too busy serving customers with alcohol. this was all taking place under our windows, the language was terrible people where falling over customers cars in the ground. In the end my husband rang the police, who did attend the hotel and calmed it down, but it start ed up again, they went to bed approx 4.30 a.m. and all we could hear in our bedrooms was abuse between the people in the next bedrooms. I did report it next morning at breakfast we had 200 miles to drive, shattered
